Born in 1982 in Osmaniye, Op. Dr. Mehmet Vefa Kılıç spent his entire academic life in his hometown until his medical education. In 2000, he entered Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and successfully graduated in 2006. He deepened his medical knowledge and experience by specializing in otolaryngology at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital and fulfilled his compulsory service at Bitlis-Tatvan State Hospital.
